The fully protected SK-850 (420W) beam spot light is a high-efficiency, highly integrated, high-performance, and high-speed linear 4in1 beam spot light. It combines high-quality domestic and international materials and advanced design technology; it adopts an authoritative three-phase motor, constant current circuit board and full-power 800W 380V electronic ballast, and uses dedicated 46V, 24V and 12V voltages. It has ultra-precise positioning and strong anti-interference capabilities.Independently developed specialized optical lenses, achieving a high-intensity light-gathering effect by integrating beam, spot, and wash.There are three color palettes: white light + 6 colors + linear C; white light + 6 colors + linear M; white light + CTO + linear Y. Three patterned discs: 1: a metal patterned disc: white light+11 patterns+dynamic effect patterns; 2: a metal dynamic effect disc: white light+6 patterns+2 segments of circular dynamic effect patterns, which can be superimposed on the rotating patterned disc; 3: a rotating glass patterned disc: white light+ 7 plug-in patterns, which can be superimposed on the metal effect disc. The logo can be customized and changed at will. Independent: 8 facet prism, (6+6) 12 facet prism, combined with Gobo function, can independently achieve: 8+12+20 beam effect switching; It features both a full-time linear beam and spot zoom-in/zoom-out functions, with clear adjustment at any angle, and a maximum beam angle of 1.0º-42 º. Integrated folding light Clamp; built-in battery allows for address programming even when not powered; features RDM for address coding on the controller; automatic prism adjustment function; convenient and quick to use. It includes a CMY stepless color mixing system and a CTO linear color temperature adjustment system, meeting the high requirements like theaters for color mixing stage design and stage lighting at both near and far distances.

To ensure reliability for outdoor use, IP66-rated lighting fixtures possess excellent dustproof, oilproof, smokeproof, and corrosion-resistant capabilities, ensuring that outdoor performances can still stably output professional-grade lighting effects even in harsh weather conditions, fearless of wind and rain challenges.

Optical system

Light source: OSRAM 420W, color temperature 7800K, lifespan 4000 hours; it has good temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. Based on the specific reflective principle of the lamp cup, it adopts high technology and is coated with multiple layers of high-efficiency coating film, so that the UV reflectivity, luminous flux output rate and bulb life are optimally guaranteed. It is purely from Da Ge Lighting.
Heat-insulating glass: Made with imported Italian special high-temperature resistant materials and advanced German coating technology, ensuring ample heat insulation and light transmittance.
Glass lenses: Custom-designed optical lenses, all made with imported Italian special high-temperature resistant raw materials and advanced German coating technology, are coated with multiple layers of highly efficient anti-reflective coatings.
Optical lens: 190mm high light transmittance aperture, uniform light spot with a brightness difference of no more than 20% between the edge and the center, full, sharp and superior light perception, making it the first choice for lighting technicians.
Beam angle: 1.0º-42º, with a pure beam angle of 1 degree for the strongest and fullest light perception.
Electronic focusing: Real-time linear ultra-smooth focus adjustment, sharp focus at any distance, and adjustable focus. Its unique optical path structure creates powerful and imposing effects for beams, gobos, prisms, and cuts.

Display system
Display modes: 16-megapixel color LCD button; built-in self-recharging buffer battery for menu editing when power is off; screen can display upright, upside down, and the background brightness adjustment; can display the bulb and the fixture usage time.
Detection device: When a malfunction occurs in the lighting fixture, an alarm will be triggered, allowing users to contact the manufacturer for accurate problem-solving; additionally, it can also test each channel of the lighting fixture, facilitating product maintenance.
Control mode: Button control.
Debugging device: For the convenience of manufacturers and users, the advanced settings in the menu can be accessed with a password to debug the horizontal, vertical, focus, flicker, color wheel, gobo wheel and other functions of the fixture.
Control system
Control Protocol: International standard DMX512 control protocol.
Control Channels: 29 DMX channels.
Control modes: DMX mode, random mode, and voice control mode can be freely selected.
Mainboard: Adopts high-tech constant current circuit board, with dedicated 46V and 24V voltage supply, and has extremely strong anti-interference ability. All PCB board components are selected from top domestic and foreign brands to ensure that each electronic component works stably for a long time.
Data Transmission: Each fixture has a built-in high-quality power filter and ferrite core to isolate power grid interference and ensure stable signal transmission.
Data Cable: The data cable is cold- and freeze-proof and meets CE20/22 standards.
Data Interface: Two three-pin male and female connectors are provided for connection to the fixture body.
Power supply system
Rated power: 800W, PFC power factor compensation, can be used normally even in environments with power fluctuations (±50W).
Voltage/Frequency: It adopts a self-developed AC90-260V/50-60HZ wide voltage switching power supply, which can meet the voltage and frequency requirements of different countries around the world.
Switching power supply: Adopts high-tech constant current power supply board, and all PCB board components are selected from top domestic and foreign brands; AC dedicated voltage mode, stable output voltage, long working life, and strong anti-interference ability.
Grounding setup: In accordance with international grounding wiring standards, to better improve safety and stability.
Filtering protection: Each light has a built-in high-quality power filter and magnetic ring to isolate the light from power grid interference and ensure its stability.
Lighting cable: 16A power cord, cold and freeze resistant, compliant with CE20/22 standards, daisy-chain design; 3-meter signal cable integrated with the lighting fixture.
Power interface: Equipped with two power interfaces, daisy-chain dual power mode.
Strobe System
High-speed strobe: Independent dual-chip device, 0-14 times/second ultra-high-speed strobe.
Linear dimming: Independent dimming device, 0-100% linear dimming.
Flicker protection: When the light fixture is turned off for 5 seconds, the bulb power is automatically reduced by 80% to better protect the lifespan of the bulb and the light fixture.
Bulb functions: Features remote bulb control, channel switch bulb, and power-on bulb activation. The factory default is remote bulb control, which better protects the lifespan of the bulb and the light fixture.
Color System
Color Chip Quality: Made with imported Italian special high-temperature resistant raw materials and advanced German coating technology, achieving strong and bright vibrancy.
Color Options: Three color palettes: White light + 6 colors + C; White light + 6 colors + M; CTO + Y.
Color Palette Effects: Enables half-color, full-color, single/double-color gradients, and slow/fast rainbow effects in both directions.
Color Palette Positioning: Features Hall effect and magnetic positioning, and automatic error correction at any angle.
CMY System
Color chip quality: Made with imported Italian special high-temperature resistant raw materials and advanced German coating technology, achieving strong and bright vibrancy.
Color blending effect: CMY linear, infinitely variable color blending, which can meet the stage design requirements of theaters of various sizes and other venues with high demands.
Linear effect: Wide range, smooth.
Gobo System
Gobo Disks: One glass rotating gobo disk; two metal gobo disks.
Gobo Quality: Utilizing imported Italian special high-temperature resistant raw materials and advanced German coating technology, achieving a strong, bright, and vibrant color.
Metal Gobo Disc: White light + 11 patterns + dynamic effect patterns, which can achieve flowing water, shaking, random dynamic and slow and fast rainbow effects in both directions.
Metallic Effect Gobo Disc: White light + 6 patterns + 2 dynamic effect patterns, which can be superimposed with the rotating pattern disc to achieve flowing water, shaking, random dynamic and slow and fast rainbow effects in both directions.
Rotating Glass Gobo Disc: The rotation angle is adjustable, with a maximum opening angle of 50 degrees. It can achieve self-rotation, flowing water, shaking, and slow and fast rainbow effects in both directions. The plug-in design allows customers to replace each logo design according to their needs.
Gobo positioning: Features Hall and Magnet positioning, as well as automatic error correction at any angle.
Frost System
Frost Adjustment: Achieved via electric focusing, resulting in a uniform and soft light spot.
Frost Effects: Various atomization effects can be achieved through color and gobo channels.
Frost Angle: Linear adjustment from 3-50 degrees, maximum beam angle 60 degrees.
Prism System
Prism Material: Made with imported Italian special high-temperature resistant raw materials and advanced coating technology from Germany, achieving strong light transmittance.
Prism structure: Two independent prism designs: 1. 8 prism; 2. 6+6 prism.
Prism effect: The rotation angle is adjustable, with a maximum opening angle of 80 degrees. Combined with the gobo function, it can independently achieve 8+12+20 beam effect switching. It also has forward and reverse slow and fast rotation functions, and the prism imaging and three-dimensional effect are strong.
Cooling System
Cooling Structure: Integrated dual fans minimize bulb temperature differences, extending bulb lifespan and stability.
Lighting Fixture Materials: Utilizes new high-quality aluminum for excellent heat dissipation and lightweight construction.
Number of fans: The lamp base is equipped with 2 silent cooling fans; the bulb system is equipped with 4 silent fans; and the lamp holder is equipped with 1 silent cooling fan. The fans are intelligently controlled, and the heat dissipation is intelligently controlled according to the bulb's usage status and requirements to ensure that the entire lamp body is always kept within the predetermined temperature range.
Heat dissipation protection: Built-in overheat protection, the fan automatically tracks the temperature and intelligently adjusts its speed to keep all components of the lamp in a low-temperature environment, thus extending its service life.
Rotation System
XY Motors: Both are driven by authoritative three-phase motors, which are powerful, faster, smoother, and quieter.
XY positioning: Simultaneous use of encoder and Hall positioning, advanced scan position memory function, resulting in smaller step angle and more accurate positioning, absolute position memory, DMX offline power failure position recovery or retention, automatic unwinding correction in case of accidental malfunction, and strong anti-interference capability.
X-axis angle: 540º, 16/32-bit, accuracy 2.62°/step, fine-tuning accuracy 0.018°, rotation time 2.5s.
Y-axis angle: 260º, 16/32-bit, accuracy 2.12°/step, fine-tuning accuracy 0.016°, rotation time 1.6s.
Effects
Lighting Design
1.Internal Design: In accordance with international standards, integrating the strong design capabilities of Dage Lighting, using new high-quality materials, and possessing independent light body design patents, imitation will be prosecuted.
2.Appearance Design: The user-friendly multi-module structure uses streamlined ABS flame-retardant and high-temperature resistant engineering plastic and high-strength alloy cold-pressed core material. It has independent appearance design patents, and counterfeiting will be prosecuted.
